Noida, India — September 4, 2026 — Heuser Pvt Ltd today opened Founding Owner reservations for Heuser Air One, India's first inverter split air conditioner backed by a seven-year, zero-repair-bill ownership promise. Reservations and the brand's official launch both begin today, September 4, 2026, exclusively in Noida, with availability limited to 1,000 units.
Heuser Air One is available in 1 Ton and 1.5 Ton configurations (model numbers HAO-12K-3INV and HAO-18K-3INV), featuring R32 refrigerant and an ISEER rating of 4.35. Founder Edition units are priced from ₹34,999, with the 1.5-ton model locked at ₹39,999 for Founding Owners — a price that will not change even if future batches are priced higher.
Built by the Team That Already Fixes India's Air Conditioners
Heuser Air One was founded by Lalit Chauhan, who since 2019 has run Servsy, a pan-India after-sales AC service network servicing units from every major brand.
"Running Servsy taught us the one thing most AC brands never see — what actually happens after the sale," said Chauhan. "The warranty that quietly narrows to compressor-only after year one. The technician visit that isn't really free. The gas refill that costs thousands in year four. We built Heuser Air One to fix that model, not sell more of it. Because we already run the service side at scale, we can back a promise no one else can: zero repair bills for the full seven years an AC is expected to run."
What's Included: Heuser Care+
Every Founder Edition unit includes Heuser Care+, a seven-year coverage plan bundling parts, labour, service visits, technical support, priority servicing, and gas charging — at no additional cost. Installation is handled by Servsy's certified, QR-verified installation crews, with live order tracking from manufacturing through delivery.
Heuser estimates that traditional 1.5-ton, 3-star inverter models from leading brands typically carry ₹6,000–18,000 in repair, gas, and service costs over five to seven years, on top of a standard one-year comprehensive warranty. Heuser Air One's Founder Edition is priced to cover the full seven-year ownership period with no additional repair spend.
The Founding Owner Model
Reservations are open now for a fully refundable ₹2,999. Only 1,000 Founder slots are available; once claimed, the Founder Edition closes and a future batch will open separately, at a later date and potentially a different price. Founding Owners receive a permanent Founder Number, a digital Founder Card, priority installation and support, and early access to future Heuser products, including an air purifier, air circulator, air sensor, dehumidifier, and central air systems currently in development.
Manufacturing is made-to-order against confirmed reservations, with delivery for the first batch expected to begin February 2027.
