Can I trust a new brand?+

What is the warranty?+
7 years, full stop — parts, labour and refrigerant gas under Heuser Care+, including one preventive service visit each year at no extra cost. Not 1 year with compressor-only fine print. The same promise is printed on your invoice.
When will I get my AC?+
The Founder's Edition delivers from February 2027, in Founder-number order. From the day you reserve, your dashboard tracks every milestone live — manufacturing, QC, packing, dispatch, installation.
Is the ₹2,999 reservation refundable?+
Yes — 100% refundable any time before delivery, no questions asked. It simply locks your Founder number and the launch price.
Which model should I choose?+
Air One 1T (₹34,999) for rooms up to 120 sq ft. Air One 1.5T (₹39,999) for 120–180 sq ft. Top-floor or west-facing? Your advisor will walk you through it on the call.
How does installation work?+
Complimentary professional installation in serviceable PIN codes by a Servsy-verified crew — vacuum test, pressure check, and a QR-verified handover. Your warranty begins on installation day.
Payment options?+
The ₹2,999 reservation is payable by UPI, cards or net banking via Razorpay. The balance is due only before dispatch — no-cost EMI options will be offered then.
