Is installation included?+
Yes — professional installation by a Heuser-authorised technician is complimentary in serviceable PIN codes. Your warranty begins on the date of installation.
What is the warranty?+
Heuser Care+ covers your unit for 7 years — parts, labour and gas — including one preventive service visit each year, at no extra cost.
Is the outdoor unit the same?+
The indoor unit is sized to your model (1T or 1.5T). The outdoor chassis is a shared 22" platform with a Wolong BLDC fan across both variants.
