Privacy Policy

When you reserve, book, purchase, subscribe or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone number, and (where relevant) delivery address, city and PIN code. We also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed and device/browser type to improve the experience.

To process reservations, bookings and orders; to arrange delivery, installation and service; to send transactional messages (order/booking confirmations, delivery updates, service reminders); and — only with your consent — occasional product and Founder updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details on our servers. Razorpay processes payment data under its own security standards and privacy policy.

Transactional and marketing emails are delivered via our email partner, Resend. We share only the information necessary to deliver these messages (such as your email address and name).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payments, email, logistics, our Servsy service network) and where required by law. These partners are bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw marketing consent, by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable Indian law.
